Best of D!

I am so honored to once again be named one of the top real estate agents in Dallas by Best of D Magazine for the fourth year in a row!

If you are not familiar with D Magazine, it is a publication that started as a city magazine in 1974. Today they still print magazines and have online editions. Their magazines highlight the best in the Dallas area. They give their audience resources for both their personal lives and their businesses.

So how did I get recognized? Every year the research division of DMagazine surveys over 20,000 people to find the most outstanding agents.

Recent homebuyers and magazine subscribers are asked to nominate two agents that they’ve worked with. Mortgage and insurance companies are asked to nominate three agents. Finally, real estate agents are asked to nominate two agents outside their firm (and one within their firm) that they have worked with.

Finalists are then chosen based on the agents with the highest feedback. These finalists are then vetted for licensing and disciplinary status and then winners are chosen and announced. To win an agent must demonstrate excellence in customer service, integrity, and market knowledge. They must also have a high rating in overall satisfaction.

It is quite the process and I am so honored to be chosen among the best of the best in Dallas!
